Construct offer a complete maintenance solution to ensure longevity of your asset. Maintaining a property is a crucial part of commercial property management and ownership.
We manage our commercial maintenance projects with a partnering approach to provide a ‘hassle free’ client experience. We will work with you to investigate, review and provide feedback on the best property maintenance solution. The property maintenance work is undertaken by our experienced maintenance staff.
Refurbishment of Resorts
Construct works with clients to take them through the design, pricing and delivery of high quality and innovative modernisation of resort refurbishments, commercial, retail and industrial buildings, ensuring clients get the best value for their spend. Planned Preventative Maintenance
Construct provides a building specific, cost effective and efficient planned preventative maintenance inspection and report regime, which will detail the on-going maintenance obligations for your commercial properties. The regime can be tailor made to suit the client’s requirements and will generally consist of regular property inspections at intervals ranging from 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly.
